Our client is a successful, market leading European business and household brand with exciting plans for continued growth and as a result they now require a Group Reward Manager to join their team.
As Group Reward Manager you will report into the Group Reward Director and be responsible for helping to shape, develop and roll out a cohesive compensation and reward strategy across the business. Acting as a true strategic partner, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all reward activity across group functions. You will work closely with the Head of Reward to influence the design and delivery of Group-led reward solutions and to plan and execute the appropriate roll-out across a number of countries . You will lead on annual reward cyclical activity whilst coaching and supporting on job architecture, salary benchmarking and pay reviews and will analyse external market information to ensure the organisations reward schemes are in-line with market trends and fit for purpose.
An experienced and credible Reward Professional, you are curious about how things are done and have the courage to challenge ways of working and continually seek improvements across all Reward processes. You will have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships easily at all levels and you thrive in a fast paced, commercial matrix organisation that is ever changing.
