Our client is a well know international business who are about to go through an exciting period of change, as a result they now require a Reward and Benefits Manager to join their team.
As Reward and Benefits Manager, you will report into the Reward Director and be responsible for helping to shape, develop and roll out a cohesive compensation and reward strategy across the business. Acting as a true strategic partner, you will be responsible for actively improving existing compensation and benefits schemes and participating in a variety of Pay, Reward and Pension projects. You will take the lead on all benchmarking activity, will drive global renewals, and work with suppliers and brokers to secure meaningful enhancements, ensuring the organisations benefits remain competitive, compelling, and fully aligned with regulatory and pension requirements. Partnering with stakeholders globally, you will implement benefit changes and support day‑to‑day operations while ensuring colleagues understand and value the benefits available to them through clear, engaging communication.
