Our client is a highly successful, growing organisation with a great culture and solid plans for long term growth. In order to help their overall vision and goal they are now looking for a Head of HR to join their team.
As Head of HR, you will report into the People Director and be responsible for partnering the MD of a specific business area. This is a true business partner role which requires a strategic, commercial, and innovative business partner who is passionate about driving results and ultimately enabling the organisation to achieve their strategic goals and vision, whilst at the same time aligning with their purpose. A solid generalist, you will lead a small team and together be responsible for devising and cascading all people related initiatives including learning and development, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
With strong influencing and stakeholder management expertise you will be tasked with promoting effective ways of working and continuous improvement to enable the delivery of targets, with particular emphasis on attracting and developing talent, employee engagement and developing organisational capability.
