HR Advisor, Central London, Interim to Permanent, c£40,000 plus excellent benefits.
Our client is a vibrant and rapidly expanding organisation. To support their growth and commitment to fostering a positive, supportive workplace, they are currently seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their HR team. With a strong emphasis on delivering excellence, the company recognises that its employees are integral to shaping its culture and driving overall success.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR matters, supporting employees and managers on a variety of HR-related issues. While employee relations will be a key focus, you will also have the opportunity to engage in a full generalist remit. This includes involvement in wellbeing initiatives, recruitment, and wider people development activities, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. You will also be responsible for HR administration across the whole lifecycle. There is scope with the role to support with projects, working alongside the Business Partner and wider HR team. This role is hybrid, with the expectation of being in the office in Victoria, 3 days a week.
You will have a solid background in HR, ideally with experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. As a confident and approachable HR Advisor, you are able to coach managers effectively on a range of employee issues. You have strong organisational and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will be tech savvy and data driven. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
