Reporting to the CPO, this is a highly visible leadership role where you will define and drive a people strategy that directly supports commercial performance and long-term business objectives. Leading a small team, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to enhance organisational capability, strengthen HR infrastructure and foster a high-performance culture across the business. You will design, lead and embed effective HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition and retention, performance management, reward, policy, onboarding and employee experience, ensuring the people agenda is aligned to and enabling of growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, confidently influencing decision-making, constructively challenging where appropriate and coaching managers to build strong, accountable and engaged teams.
This role requires a commercially astute, politically aware and agile HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable navigating change. You will bring strong HR Business Partnering experience, a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, and the credibility to operate at senior level. Experience within financial services, insurance or a similarly regulated, performance-driven sector would be advantageous.
