Our client is a leading global organisation with plans for modernisation and transformational change and as a result, they are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Talent Acquisition Partners and will take ownership of delivering an integrated recruitment strategy that supports organisational growth, capability and long-term workforce planning. This role is a European role which requires an individual who can operate comfortably at both a strategic and operational level, setting direction, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery through an effective and high-performing team. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to understand business priorities and translate these into effective talent solutions. You will collaborate extensively with HR Business Partners to align hiring activity with broader people initiatives, organisational design and workforce planning objectives, ensuring recruitment is positioned as a strategic enabler of business performance.
Alongside providing strategic leadership, this role requires a hands-on approach. You will maintain close oversight of resourcing delivery through your team, who in turn will be responsible for hiring high volume across a varied and complex portfolio. You will be expected to balance pace, quality and candidate experience while continuously identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency, capability and outcomes.
You are a creative, adaptable, hands on and results driven talent acquisition specialist who is comfortable influencing and engaging at senior and executive levels and will have prior in-house or RPO experience ideally gained from your time within a commercial financial services or similar type organisation.
