Reporting into the senior learning leadership team, this role will take ownership of the organisation’s digital learning landscape, shaping and delivering innovative, user-focused solutions. You will design and implement digital learning experiences across a range of platforms, ensuring content is accessible, engaging and aligned to business needs. From optimising the learning management system to collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will play a key role in embedding learning into the flow of work, using data and insights to continuously improve the learner experience.

You will bring strong experience in managing digital learning platforms and designing seamless learner journeys, with a solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will be confident influencing stakeholders and challenging thinking to drive effective, performance-focused outcomes. Naturally curious and proactive, you will enjoy experimenting with new tools and technologies, using data to inform decisions and constantly seeking ways to enhance digital capability.
