HR Business Partner

Role Details

Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised organisation with a strong track record of growth and innovation. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen the people team across Europe, and they are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Belgium and Luxembourg operations.

Reporting into the country HR Director, this role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert advice and guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving cultural development, building leadership capability, and supporting transformation initiatives. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring that organisational structures and workforce capabilities are set up for future success. You will work closely with the wider People team, including the Talent COE and will lead on the design and implementation of targeted development programs to Identify and develop high-potential employees.

You are an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of business partnering at a senior level within multi-site, customer facing, international, organisations. With strong commercial acumen and excellent influencing skills, you will be comfortable navigating cultural diversity and operating with sensitivity across different markets. You are a confident, ambitious, and curious business partner who will bring experience of change management, talent development, and employee relations, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence, senior leadership teams and works councils.
