Role Details

Interim HR Lead, Leeds, up to c£110,000 plus excellent benefits, six-month fixed term contract.

Our client is a highly successful, European, business with a great success story, wonderful values, and real ambitions for continued long term growth. Due to a period of complex change they are now looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join them for a period of six months.

As Senior HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Director and be responsible for partnering two specific business areas. You will form part of the SLT, and will act as a proactive strategic partner, actively participating in the management of the business area, you will influence decision-making and help drive overall business performance. A trusted coach and confidant to senior leaders, you will be responsible for delivering the HR Strategy and executing local People Plans, ensuring consistent application across the functions. Working closely with local leaders, you will translate business priorities into clearly defined organisational and people requirements, partnering with the relevant COE’s, you will ensure the consistent and effective execution of HR initiatives and policies across the full employee lifecycle whilst driving employee retention and engagement. Where required, the role will lead local industrial relations consultation and engagement in line with the wider IR plan.
