As Senior People Lead you will report into the Group People Director and be responsible for partnering at C-suite level, within global corporate functions to support the businesses future growth strategy. This role requires a strategic, commercial and innovative business partner who is passionate about driving results and ultimately enabling the organisation to achieve their strategic goals and vision, whilst at the same time aligning with their purpose.
With strong influencing and stakeholder management expertise you will be tasked with promoting effective ways of working and continuous improvement to enable the delivery of targets, with particular emphasis on attracting and developing talent, employee engagement and developing organisational capability.
