Our client is a highly successful, growing national organisation with a great culture and solid plans for long term growth. Due to an exciting period of change and transformation they now require a Head of HR to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Head of HR will lead a small team of HR Business Partners and act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering a value-adding, forward-thinking HR service, partnering closely with leadership teams across commercial functions to align people strategy with wider business objectives, ultimately driving performance and enabling sustainable growth. This is a true business partner role requiring a strategic, commercially astute, and innovative Head of HR who is passionate about delivering results and enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goals, while remaining aligned to its core purpose and values. Working collaboratively with the HR Director, you will ensure the delivery of best-in-class HR solutions across all areas, including employee relations, talent, and engagement whilst playing a pivotal role in leading change and transformation with a particular focus on the future growth of the business.
We are looking for an influential and commercially minded HR leader with experience operating within a high growth environment and a track record of driving cultural and organisational transformation. You will bring strong stakeholder management capability, the credibility to challenge and support senior leaders, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
